SODZI and the Black and British Creative Experience

Joel Sodzi is a student who has just finished his second year at The University of Edinburgh studying English Literature and Classics. An avid reader, he enjoys writing recreationally when he isn't making memes or compulsively quoting Peep Show. Following the recent surge in the BLM movement; Joel, his sister Grace and cousin Nat decided to create the page "SODZI" in the namesake of their family, to discuss the experience of being Black and British in the UK, as well as to respond to current events. Though only in it's infancy, Joel and his family hope to use it as a means to discuss, explore and contribute to the growing conversation around race.
