The Espresso Series interviews Dr Gail Bradbrook. Dr Bradbrook has been researching, planning and training for mass civil disobedience since 2010 and is a co-founder of the social movement Extinction Rebellion (XR), which rapidly spread internationally since its launch in October 2018.
We’re going to be asking some important and topical questions around climate solutions in the UK and beyond, including Kier Starmer’s promises to prioritise the climate, and the effects of Covid-19 on the planet and on the XR movement. We will also be chatting about the female role in activism and how XR plan to diversify their movement.
